30-Days Money-Back Guarantee for the Items in the Original Package

• We accept products to be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days from the order date if the item is brand new in the original package. All returned items must be in brand new condition, in their original unaltered box, and must include all packing material, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

• If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact our email and we will be glad to help you with the refund process.

How to Return

• Contact our support team via email at support@berlingtone.com.  Please provide your order number for accuracy. In order for us to improve our product (s) please let us know the issue.
• Ship your unused product in its own original package with all materials to the address identified in our email.

Return Terms

• Please be sure to use the original box and the shipping carton to ship the item back.
• Please contact us to obtain a return authorization before shipping the product back to us. Any product shipped to us without a return authorization will be returned to the customer at his or her own expense.

12-Month Limited Warranty

• After the 30 days return period has expired we will still extend service.  You still may be eligible for repair or a replacement within the one year period.  Proof of purchase will be required.  Physical and liquid damage is not covered.
