30-Days Money-Back for the Items in the Original Package and accessory

If you are not happy with your product, please contact our office and we will be glad to help you with the refund. We accept products to be returned for a full refund for any reason within a month from the order date if the item is brand new and in its original package. All returned items must be in brand new condition, in their original packaging and must include all accessories.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact via email to support@berlingtone.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Our support team will email you back with instructions on how to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
3. Ship your unused product in its own original package with all materials to the address identified in our email.
4. We will notify you via email within 2 to 4 business days.
5. Please be sure to use the original box and the shipping carton to ship the item back.
